STORE POLICIES REGARDING OUR GEMSTONE JEWELRY
No returns on any custom item
Returns may be allowed on other items for store credit only.
Returns must be approved in writing before returning.
"I don't like it is not a good reason for returning nor is
"My husband (or wife), didn't like it!"
There will be a 25% restocking fee for any returned item.
Each item is insured for shipping. If an item is broken
during transit, insurance will pay for it, but it may take
a month or more according to USPS.
Stones do occasionally fall out of the setting. I normally will replace
the stone for free, depending on the circumstances, during the first 6 months.
You will be given care instructions for your item. If I can tell you did not
follow those instructions, you will have to pay for the repair.
Stones can break for any number of reasons. I can not warranty a stone from
breaking, but I will replace a stone at my cost during the first 6 months,
if I have another that is similar.
Care instructions are given for fine stones such as turquoise and other
copper minerals, opals, etc. They are given to help you protect your purchase
from damage. Please use them.
